Are you a results-driven professional with experience in operations and sales? We are seeking an experienced Franchise Developer to support and grow our network of franchisees. This role focuses on onboarding new franchisees and developing their operations and sales capabilities to maximize their success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring a smooth transition into the eMaids system.
- Operational Support: Provide ongoing operational training and guidance to franchisees, ensuring they adhere to company standards and best practices.
- Sales Development: Train and coach franchisees to implement effective sales strategies, grow their client base, and increase revenue.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze franchisee performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between franchisees and the corporate team, fostering strong partnerships and open communication.
- Support Systems: Develop and maintain tools, processes, and systems that help franchisees streamline their operations and achieve their goals.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in franchise operations and sales development (minimum 3 years).
- Strong operational knowledge with the ability to guide franchisees in achieving efficiency and compliance.
- Demonstrated success in training and mentoring teams or franchisees to achieve measurable sales growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the cleaning or home service industry is a plus.
