Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish required)
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Leadership skills (ability to train and motivate)
- At least 1 year of cleaning experience
- Basic English required
Responsibilities:
- Supervise cleaning jobs and teams
- Inspect work and ensure quality standards
- Train and support new hires
- Follow up with customers when needed
