Are you a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive performance, build teams, and elevate customer experience?
We’re looking for a Operations Manager who can lead office operations, support HR functions, and help drive revenue growth.
This is not an assistant role — this is a leadership role.
What You’ll Own
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and coach office and sales staff
- Set performance goals and hold the team accountable
- Conduct reviews and build a high-performance culture
Sales & Growth
- Drive recurring revenue and corporate accounts
- Track KPIs and improve conversion rates
- Align marketing and sales efforts
Operations & Customer Experience
- Ensure smooth execution between sales and operations
- Resolve escalated client issues professionally
- Improve systems, workflows, and retention
HR Support
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Handle employee matters with professionalism and discretion
- Escalate complex HR matters to senior leadership
Who You Are
- Experienced office or operations leader with team management background
- Strong communicator and decisive problem solver
- Organized, tech-savy, and KPI-driven
- Experience in a service-based business preferred
